Current ISP Employees
ISPA APPLICATION FORM: If you are a current ISP employee and are interested in joining ISPA, get and fill out an application (PDF format) by clicking HERE. This application was updated 08/08/2008 with the new information regarding the recent change in dues.
PLEA APPLICATION FORM: (05/19/08) Current ISPA members can sign up for the PLEA (Profession Law Enforcement Association) Legal Defense Plan. Besides excellent legal defense coverage for duty related civil, criminal and administrative actions brought against law enforcement personnel, plan members in good standing are also protected by a $5000 Accidental Death & Dismemberment policy at no additional cost. Becoming a plan member also helps you and your fellow members since the cost of the plan is based upon the percentage of eligible members who are enrolled in the plan. Your cost is $5.50 each pay period which is added to your payroll deduction for ISPA membership. Sign up now! For an application, click one of the following: [PDF Format] [Word Format]. 25 YEAR SERVICE RING, WATCH & PENDANT - UPDATE: (08/18/08) Are you an ISPA member nearing 25 years of service with ISP? You now have other choices besides the 25 year service ring. ISPA now allows you to choose between the ring, the new 25 year service watch (available in men's and women's patch design or 5-pt star design) or the 25 year service pendant. For more information on eligibility requirements, contact your Chapter President. Members cannot order any 25 year service gifts themselves. They must notify their Chapter President as to what gift they would like to receive from the association and the Chapter President will then send the order.
A second 25 year service watch design was recently unveiled! The new face design features the ISP shoulder patch design with a rocker/scroll above the patch indicating 25 year service. The new design has a clean look with well defined details. Regardless of which design you choose, you'll look stylish sporting one of these finely crafted time pieces.

Retired ISP Employees
Are you a retired ISP employee who was a member of ISPA at the time of your retirement? If so, you are eligible to join ISPA as a retired member. As a retired member you can work with us to further the goals and objectives of ISPA. Dues for retired members are $60 annually. If interested please open the application (which is in a fillable PDF format) from the link below. Then, after filling it out, follow the instructions at the end of the application for mailing, emailing or faxing it to ISPA. We look forward to having you join with us again!
