ISPA Online - Fundraising

Dear Potential Supporter:

You may be visiting this web page because you recently received a fundraising telephone call made on behalf of the Idaho State Police Association (ISPA).

You also may have made a pledge and received your pledge kit by mail. A fundraising drive is currently being conducted, on our behalf, to help support our programs and services. You should have received, by mail, a donation letter similar to the one below.

If you receive a form in the mail that does not appear like this one please contact us at: 1-866-245-9269.

If there was a problem with the experience or you feel some additional action can be taken, please call, toll-free, 1-866-245-9269 for immediate assistance. Please be sure to state your name, address, the telephone number at which you were called, date and approximate time of call.

Again, thank you for your support.

Sincerely yours,

Fred Rice

As of Friday, October 31, 2008, we (the Idaho State Police Association) ceased operations of our fundraising and call center in Boise. However, we have contracted with Civic Development Group, LLC (CDG) to handle our fundraising telephone campaigns. CDG will maintain a call center in Boise and all calls to the public for the purpose of soliciting donations to ISPA will be made from that center. CDG started making calls for us on Monday, November 3, 2008.

What does this mean to you? This change does not affect any pledge or donation you made to ISPA prior to or after this change. If you have mailed, or plan to mail, your pledge using the kit and envelope you received prior to November 1, it will still come to us. If you have received a call since Nov. 1, 2008, follow the instructions given to you in the letter that you get in the mail. It should look like the letter shown in the message above.

We will continue to update this page with information that will help you verify that the call you received was from the CDG call center in Boise, on behalf of ISPA, and that your pledge will, indeed, be received by the Idaho State Police Association.
