NEWS FROM CHAPTER 5:

ELECTIONS: (02/23/07) The results of the recent chapter elections are in. Camille Holladay was re-elected Chapter President for the next two years. Also re-elected was Julie Donahue as Secretary/Treasurer. It was a close race for Vice President. Mark Donahue came out on top just edging out the incumbent, Robert Rausch. Many thanks to Robert for his work and representation over the past two years. Congratulations to Mark and best wishes to him in his new position.

ANNUAL PICNIC: (09/01/06) On Thursday, Aug. 17, Chapters 5 & 6 had their annual joint picnic and softball game in Blackfoot. Deli sandwiches, homemade rootbeer and various desserts preceeded the much anticipated softball game. Everyone had a great time. For more on this event ... and for the results of the game, click HERE.

FAMILY DAY: (11/20/06) Chapter 5 assisted in the planning and execution of the 1st annual ISP Region 5 Family Day. The brain child of Captain Ed Gygli, the first Region 5 Family Day was a big success! The event, held on Saturday, June 24, gave families of local ISP personnel a chance to see some of the things we do at work. Though the emphasis was children, "kids" of all ages had a great time. There were various displays and presentations by Patrol, Detectives and Forensics ... not to mention food, fun and prizes! To see updated photos and more information, click HERE.
