Friday, April 24, 2009 - Day 1

The morning session started with Chairman Fred Rice calling the meeting to order. He then read the minutes of the 2008 Fall Board Meeting which were ratified by the Board. Here is a list of the items of business covered this first day:

• A financial report was given by Executive Secretary Kathy Rice
• A report on ISPA investments was given by Tom Thompson
• The Board discussed, at length, cost saving measures and options for ISPA
• Steve Raschke addressed the Board about current ISP issues
• Each chapter gave a brief financial report and accounting
• Marjorie Lusk, Magazine Editor, gave a report on the magazine
  • Chairman Rice wants, by May 30, the name of one person in each chapter to be a "PR" person to gather information, photos and etc for the magazine and website
• A report on ISPA merchandise was given by Terry Murdock, ISPA Merchandiser
• A report on the ISPA website and related IT issues was given by Lance Holladay, Webmaster

After some minor matters of procedural business the meeting was adjourned for the day.

Saturday, April 25, 2009 - Day 2

Today's session started with an address from ISP's Director, Col. Jerry Russell.
